Capital One Direct 4.00% 4-Year CD

Capital One Direct has increased their CD rates. One specifically that you can get right now is a 4 year certificate of deposit at 4.00%. The previous rate was 3.50% and this is one of their highest CD rates available right now.

To get this rate you will need to invest with a minimum deposit of $5,000. If you decide you would like to get a jumbo CD with Capital One Direct, just keep in mind that their rate on the 4 year CD is going to be at the same rate.

Early withdrawal penalties include 6 months worth of interest. So you will want to make sure to leave the money in the account over the full term.
