Best CD Rates | ING Direct CD Rates

I wanted to cover the ing direct cd rates because I have been seeing so many commercials for ING Direct a lot lately. The ing direct cd rates are not so bad as others right now, but are still under the 5.00% range. I will be adding them to the best cd rates list if they can maintain these high cd rates.

What I like about ING direct is that you can do business over the phone, by mail or by internet. These guys cover all aspects of banking. ING Direct is most known for its orange accounts. As far as ING direct cd rates go, they are between the ranges of 4.65 to 4.90% and you can get a certificate of deposit for 6 months all the way up to a long 5 year term. These guys are pretty impressive considering the recent slump.

Besides just focusing on the Cd rates they offer I wanted to mention they are pretty generous with their savings accounts as well. This might be something to consider if you are going to go with them long term. Right now an account will earn you a little over 4.00%. This is not too bad of a deal as well. But once again there are lots of other companies out there to choose from so pick and choose wisely.
